You can't tell me they didn't see that lack of content upfront. They're patching it with tens of hours of more stuff for that chapter alone. I've read multiple reviews and opinions saying that The Arx was a letdown in terms of content. Because if they didn't already have a lot of goodwill this discussion might well have been waged from the other side of this debate. I'm just making a counterpoint to the idea that they are just the best company because they do this.
